I have been creating successful logos for many decades. I focus on pulling the all elements together for a design that portrays the brand in a clean, timeless, recognizable image. And then, sometimes an idea for a logo is brought to me almost ready, so I just polish it up bit and call it done.

Since building my first silkscreen printing system in the late '70s, I have been putting my designs on t-shirts for promotional purposes. After printing t-shirts into the '80s, I gave up the screens and focused on creating the artwork. Learning the process from concept to finished product has given me an edge in creating artwork that the printer is happy to accept and the customer is happy to wear.
